My precious dad
it was a really really long weekend... i ended my week on wed... it was fulfilling for me? i suppose in good and in bad...
i finally went to pay for my registration fees and submitted my documents which all these while i have been relying on william to help me but this time i did it myself of course with the help of him driving me around...
then we went to pick daddy and bryan up and sent daddy to the clinic as he had a very bad sore throat till he could not eat anything....
that the begining of my busy week... he had medications and rested while we had a mini housewarming for mummy's relative which was plan out months ago... dad came out and entertain everyone he even prepare the chacoal for the steamboat even with all the discomfort he has been feeling... finally when everyone left he was all tired out shivering in the corner of the house feeling cold and breathless... we brought him to Mount Alvernia which thereafter transferred him to Tan Tock Seng as they said that my dad look very ill and need to be warded to the hospital... i immediatly took urgent leave and thank goodness i did... we stayed for about 4 hours for the consulation, x-ray and blood test and then doctor finally decide that my dad had mild infection in his lungs but its nothing serious and he can go home... we took their advise and went back... i stayed at home to be with my dad as the doctor says that if my dad has persisting fever he needs to be sent back to the hospital...
he did not eat or drink, not to mention forcing those big and ugly pills down his throat.... he didnt got better and in fact his fever got worst... we had no choice but to bring him to the hospital again which my dad is still there... and william and i stayed till 3 plus yesterday...

throughout this whole incident there was so many precious experience...
have always fails to fulfill my duty as a daughter and almost very part of my life i have been depending on my dad... he indeed took care of my every needs... that many hours spending with him in the hospital has woke me up from being a daddy's gal... i was the only one allowed to accompany him and i was the only one who can take care of his every need from his drink to the adjusting of the pillow to the blanket... as i stand beside him when he sleeps i realise my daddy has grown old... he has aged alot over the years and my dad is already in his late 40s he is no longer in his 30s... daddy has nv got me to take care of him and he is always the one holding the big big covering over us in all aspect from bring bryan to school to housework to money issues...
even when he was ill his concern us... he kept asking me why i was still at the hospital when it was so late, why i dun go home and he kept asking william to sent me home... then he would ask me why u keep staying here go and take ur dinner / lunch... why u come so early dun stay at home and rest... and he ask if bryan had prepared for his exam... how is reyes...
Daddy is always daddy no one can ever replace his love and care for the family...

on the other hand, true love and ugliness was seen also...
some ass can hack care his dad's health and his car matters more... all they does was to give instructions while they just seat back n relax.... haiz... dun wan to mention abt those ass...
anyway it was really a very heartwarming scene to see the love of the extended family....
mama heard abt daddy's illness and know that mummy is at home looking after reyes thus she cant go to the hospital and she called mummy and know that mummy is worried and crying... she came all the way down to the hospital to see daddy... even thou her own conditions, mobility and that was already midnight... good thing clement accompanied her... uncle beng huat, siew yen sms and called to offered help... everyone was so busy but they are still so every willing... uncle desmond offered to bring daddy to a doctor when he is discharged and at that point he was still oversea...

Although it wasnt a nice thing to go through and it was super tiring to be sleeping only a few hours for the past few days but i believe it has brought our family to a more united level and we know we are closely knitted together....
